CHARTER TERMS:
Virgin Islands Catamarans work on the Inclusive Caribbean Terms basis. Gratuities are customary at 15-20% of the charter fee, left at the discretion of the Charterer. The Charter Fee includes services of a Captain and Crew, meals, standard ship’s bar, fuel, cruising taxes and permits, and all expenses related to running of the vessel and use of onboard sports equipment. The charter fee does not include (optional) crew gratuities, premium beverages and fine wines, excessive alcoholic consumption, off yacht excursions, dockage, telephone, airport transfers, or similar expense incurred by the Charterer.

Booking Procedure & Payments:
- A 50% deposit is due immediately to hold your dates and will only be accepted by check, WIRE, or ACH transfer. Any fees associated with ACH or WIRE are at the cost of the booking guests.
- The 50% balance is due no later than 60 days in advance of your trip.
- Booking guest is required to fill out a contract which we will present to you before the 50% deposit is made.
The Rates Include: Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef/mate), insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability), accommodation in 4 private air-conditioned queen cabins each with an en-suite bathroom, bedding, towels, and beach towels, inclusive of meals and beverages aboard (daily breakfast, light lunch, dinner, snacks, & dessert) ships bar, and wine served nightly. Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel, and water), mooring fees, customs, and clearance fees, water sports, and toys.
Rates DO NOT Include: Cancellation insurance and private insurance, taxes BVI or USVI, extra drinks, premium wines, champagne, and special meal orders, dinners onshore, docking fees, airport transfers, flights, personal expenses, and tips.
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion. The suggested gratuity is 20% of the total charter fee.
